SY-JT Ejector Needles…
new age materials and precision.
The SY-JT series ejector needles are designed to reduce the possibility of tape contamination and micro-cracking during die ejection. For small die/pierce-through applications, we use a sub-micron grade carbide which resists tip chipping (SY-JT ).
For larger die/non-piercing ejection, we recommend a wear resistant carbide and an enlarged radius to reduce micro-cracking . When combined with our proprietary automatic machining process, our needles offer top performance at a "use and throw" cost.
Packing: 20 pieces per plastic box.
Note:
SY-JT -01- SY-JT -08 and SY-JT -13 have a 40 piece minimum buy.
All others, have a 50 piece (minimum).
Material SY-JT -xx: Recommended for radius dimensions 0.05mm and below (tough carbide)
Material SY-JT 1-xx: Recommended for radius dimensions 0.05mm and below (hard carbide)
