11 Series High-Temperature Plastic
A break through in manufacturing low-cost,ultra-fine plastic tools.
Using proprietary automatic manufacturing technology, we manufacture extremely fine plastic tools for die attach of transistor, LED and other small die applications. Pick-up tools with tip sizes as small as 0.20 x 0.10mm (8 x 4 mils) OD x ID, together with materials which withstand 480ºC, allow these tools to be used for both eutectic and epoxy die attach.
